Biography
Coach Libbey is a driven, no-nonsense coach specializing in body recomposition, strength training, and endurance training. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Nathan has earned numerous certifications across the fitness spectrum, giving him the knowledge to back up his hands-on experience. His core philosophy is simple but effective: any body can workout, progress is made when you learn to train.
Nathan's expertise helped transform his first gym into the top personal training gym in its region, a testament to his ability to lead and inspire. He’s trained everyone from young boys sharpening their athletic edge to women in their 60s determined to build strength and improve their health. With personal bests that include a 295lbs bench press and a 395lbs squat, Nathan is a living example of what hard work and discipline can achieve. Now, he's preparing to compete in his first classic physique bodybuilding show, pushing his limits to new heights.
Beyond the gym, Nathan has mentored personal trainers, teaching them how to build stronger businesses and become the best versions of themselves for their clients. His expertise cuts across the board—muscle building, physique optimization, fat loss, body recomposition, powerlifting, strength training, and nutrition. Whatever the goal, Nathan has the knowledge and grit to get his clients where they want to be.
